Performed semiannual maintenance on one gas furnace and one mini split system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. We will most likely during the spring visit need to look at doing a blower wheel cleaning on the mini split head unit as it is starting to get some dirt and dust forming on the wheel. Everything is working at this time.
