Attic Insulation Installation: Upgraded attic insulation to reduce heat transfer, minimize energy loss, and stabilize indoor temperatures. This improvement helped lower energy bills and reduce strain on the HVAC system.
AC cool check completed on a horizontal Lennox system. Drain line was flushed and treated. Condenser coil was cleaned. All mechanical and electrical found within manufacturer specs. No major issues were found. The system was cooling properly at time of departure.
AC System Maintenance: Performed a comprehensive AC system maintenance, including evaporator coil cleaning, condensate drain clearing, coil fin straightening, refrigerant line inspection, and tightening of all electrical connections. This ensured optimal cooling efficiency, airflow, drainage, and electrical safety.
Started diagnostics and I found that the outdoor condenser fan motor was spinning backwards. I looked over the condenser’s electrical section and found that the run capacitor was swollen so I tested it and found it has failed when checked against a multimeter. I installed a new run capacitor and cycled power to the system. Checked and verified operation. Washed off the outdoor condenser coil (at no additional charge) and tested temperature difference between return and supply. I checked the 20x25x4 air filter and found it dirty causing an airflow restriction. Everything is working at this time.
AC Repairs: A client reported that their AC system was intermittently shutting off. After diagnosing electrical inconsistencies, I adjusted and tightened critical contact points, resolving the issue. The system now operates smoothly, providing uninterrupted cooling.
HVAC System Repairs: Responded to a service call regarding inconsistent indoor temperatures. Diagnosed and recalibrated the thermostat to ensure accurate readings and reliable performance. The homeowner now enjoys a well-regulated and energy-efficient heating system.
Furnace Repair: A homeowner reported uneven heating throughout their home. Upon inspection, we found that a faulty blower motor was causing inconsistent airflow. We replaced the motor and recalibrated the system to ensure even heat distribution. The furnace now operates efficiently, keeping the home consistently warm during winter.
Heating tune-up completed on gas system. I did find that the duct system is dirty and could be cleaned. I will also recommend carbon monoxide detectors due to the age of heat exchanger. No other major issues found
Air Purification System Installation: In response to concerns over indoor air quality, I installed an advanced duct air purifier in the client’s HVAC system. This state-of-the-art air purifier effectively eliminates contaminants, promoting a healthier living space as the household prepares for increased time indoors during the cooler autumn months.
Air Conditioning Installation: Installed a new Lennox AC system, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency and comfort for the homeowner.
