Heating tune-up completed on gas system. I did find that the duct system is dirty and could be cleaned. I will also recommend carbon monoxide detectors due to the age of heat exchanger. No other major issues found

Air Conditioning Installation: Installed a new Lennox AC system, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency and comfort for the homeowner.

Customer supplied filter for replacement. Surge protector at the condenser is on and working. No major issues were found.

System is working to the best of its ability at this time.
