Elijah called me when he was 30 minutes out and arrived on time. He was pleasant and polite. He performed my AC tune up and replaced a capacitor. He showed me pictures of the work once finish and left the place as clean as it was before he arrived.

Garner is amazing. We had multiple issues in our new construction home that the builder and their contractors couldn’t and wouldn’t fix. Performed heater tune-ups on two Carrier Heat Pump systems. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler systems. Adjusted the defrost timer on both outdoor systems to 60 minutes. Secured both outdoor compressor wiring and washed the outdoor coils. No major issues were found. Both systems are operational.
Performed heater tune-up on a Rheem two stage heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. I did find one of the air handler breakers at the main panel had failed and was not sending proper voltage to power up the electric heat strips. Repair options were presented to the homeowner and she chose to have the breaker replaced. I replaced the breaker and cycled power at the thermostat. Verified all heat strips are now operating. All UV lights and surge protection devices are working as well. No other major issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
Built and installed new supply plenum. Reattached existing 16 inch round dampers and bypass to the new plenum. Sealed all connections with mastic / hardcast. Cleared primary drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Tested operation of the system and dampers / zone control. Everything is working at completion of install.

Performed heater tune-up on a Carrier dual fuel system and a York gas furnace system. Checked the electrical, mechanical, and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the furnace. I replaced the high voltage wire nuts with a Wago wire connector on both furnace systems. No major issues were found. All air purifiers are on and working. Both systems are operational at this time.
Removed the blower housing from the air handler. Washed the blower wheel and blower housing. Reassembled the blower housing with a new blower motor. Installed the new blower motor into the system and tested the operation of the system. Verified all heat strips are working. I also cleaned and treated the primary pan and drain line. The system is operational at this time.
Service diagnostic found that the condenser fan motor had failed. The capacitors for the blower motor and condenser unit were also below value. I spoke with the homeowner and went over the issues I found. He chose to have the condenser fan motor replaced. I replaced the condenser fan motor and function tested the system. The system is now operational. The system was running at the completion of service.
Performed semiannual maintenance on two gas furnace heating systems. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Installed new metal collars and sealed all connections with mastic air lock. Installed propane conversion kit. Replaced secondary drain pan. Rebuilt and insulated primary drain line. Cleared drain and verified operation. Installed SS2 safety switch. Pressure tested lineset and pulled a vacuum. Replaced disconnect and whip at outdoor unit. Charged system to meet manufacturer specifications. Everything is working at completion of service.
