Elijah called me when he was 30 minutes out and arrived on time. He was pleasant and polite. He performed my AC tune up and replaced a capacitor. He showed me pictures of the work once finish and left the place as clean as it was before he arrived.

Performed heat check. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The air filter was clean and was replaced by the homeowner before my arrival. No major issues were found. The system was running at the completion of service.
Performed heater tune-up on a Carrier two stage heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the furnace. No major issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
Performed heater tune-up on a Goodman gas furnace system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. I did find there is flexible gas line going into the furnace. I placed some insulation on the gas line to help prevent any rub outs. I also found the outdoor condenser breaker is rated for a 45 amp breaker and is currently oversized with a 50 amp breaker. No other issues were found. The system is operational at this time.

Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler systems. Adjusted the defrost timer on both outdoor systems to 60 minutes. Secured both outdoor compressor wiring and washed the outdoor coils. No major issues were found. Both systems are operational.
Performed heater tune-up on a Rheem two stage heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. I did find one of the air handler breakers at the main panel had failed and was not sending proper voltage to power up the electric heat strips. Repair options were presented to the homeowner and she chose to have the breaker replaced. I replaced the breaker and cycled power at the thermostat. Verified all heat strips are now operating. All UV lights and surge protection devices are working as well. No other major issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
Built and installed new supply plenum. Reattached existing 16 inch round dampers and bypass to the new plenum. Sealed all connections with mastic / hardcast. Cleared primary drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Tested operation of the system and dampers / zone control. Everything is working at completion of install.
