Elijah called me when he was 30 minutes out and arrived on time. He was pleasant and polite. He performed my AC tune up and replaced a capacitor. He showed me pictures of the work once finish and left the place as clean as it was before he arrived.

Garner is amazing. We had multiple issues in our new construction home that the builder and their contractors couldn’t and wouldn’t fix. Garner was able to easily diagnose what was wrong and fix everything in a reasonable time and cost. Their staff is amazing, never hesitating to help or answer any questions. Service diagnostic found that the condenser fan motor had failed. The capacitors for the blower motor and condenser unit were also below value. I spoke with the homeowner and went over the issues I found. He chose to have the condenser fan motor replaced. I replaced the condenser fan motor and function tested the system. The system is now operational. The system was running at the completion of service.
Performed semiannual maintenance on two gas furnace heating systems. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time. See attached tune-up checklists for full details.
Performed semiannual maintenance on two heat pump cooling systems. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.
Installed 4 ton 2 stage Carrier Equipment. Installed Ecobee pro thermostat. Installed new extended supply plenum. Installed new return plenum. Installed new metal collars and sealed all connections with mastic air lock. Installed propane conversion kit. Replaced secondary drain pan. Rebuilt and insulated primary drain line. Cleared drain and verified operation. Installed SS2 safety switch. Pressure tested lineset and pulled a vacuum. Replaced disconnect and whip at outdoor unit. Charged system to meet manufacturer specifications. Everything is working at completion of service.
I inspected the system and found a failed outdoor capacitor. I presented repair options to the homeowner and he chose to replace the outdoor capacitor at this time. I replaced the capacitor and cycled the system. The temperature split was within range. The system was cooling at time of departure.
I spoke with homeowner who said his AC just hasn’t been cooling properly. I went through the unit and noticed the liquid line was extremely hot. Went outside and found that the condenser coil was extremely matted over with dirt and dust. I cleaned the outdoor condenser coil and ensured there was no longer an airflow restriction and started up the system. Added in 3# of R-410A refrigerant into the system to achieve a 12°SC, matching the manufacturer requirements. Everything is working at this time.

Performed semiannual maintenance on one heat pump cooling system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. I found that the electric heat kit had shorted out and found the heat strip inside the blower housing. I wiped down and cleaned out the indoor air handler. Flushed and treated the primary drain line as well. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.
Service diagnostic found that the condensation drain line was clogged. Options for repair were presented to the customer. She chose to have the drain line cleared. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with water. The system was running at the completion of service.

Performed semiannual maintenance on one straight cool AC system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. I did test airflow while onsite and found the airflow to be lower than required for the 4 ton AC system. I adjusted airflow to the proper speed to ensure that both heat and humidity is removed from inside the home during runtime of the unit. The slower airflow was causing higher temperature delta as well as the exterior of the case coil cabinet to sweat inside the closet outside. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. No other major issues were found. Everything is working at this time.
Performed AC cool check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The air filter had been recently replaced by the homeowner and was still in clean condition. I cleaned the condenser coil. No major issues were found. The system was running at the completion of service.

Cleaned the exterior of the furnace and washed the outdoor coil. No major issues were found. System is operational at this time.
