Elijah has been out to our house several times over the years to service our HVAC and always does a great job, is personable and friendly, and professional!
Garner is amazing. We had multiple issues in our new construction home that the builder and their contractors couldn’t and wouldn’t fix. Garner was able to easily diagnose what was wrong and fix everything in a reasonable time and cost. Their staff is amazing, never hesitating to help or answer any questions. We’ve encountered many untrustworthy companies, and it was so refreshing to finally find one that knew exactly what they were doing. They really want to help their customers live in comfort.

Performed AC cool check. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The air filter was replaced with a client supplied filter. I cleaned the condenser coil. No major issues were found. The system was running at the completion of service.
Installed new 5 ton Payne gas furnace with case coil and straight A/C. Converted system to LP and transition between existing supply. Rebuilt drain line and added SS-2 safety switch. Installed filter drier and pressure tested system for extensive leak check. Pulled deep vacuum and weighed in charge. Installed Eco Lite and verified system operation Everything is working at completion of service.

Performed semiannual maintenance on one heat pump cooling system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. No major issues were found. The system is working at this time.
Performed semiannual maintenance on one straight cool AC system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. No major issues were found. Everything is working at this time.
Performed semiannual maintenance on one straight cool AC system. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. I found that the external static pressure of the furnace was high, reaching over 1.02inWC. I lowered the blower speed to bring the CFM rating down to match the tonnage of the cooling system and was able to lower static pressure to .85inWC. This also helped with proper heat and humidity removal of the system. Did verify refrigerant levels were still within operating range after making changes to fan speed. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. No major issues were found. Everything is working at this time.
Service diagnostic found that the condensation drain line was clogged. Water had backed up into the safety switch and shut down the system. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and Brandi chose to have the drain line cleared. I cleared the drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. Clear water was observed flowing out the the drain line and the system was running at the completion of service.
Service diagnostic found that the condensation drain line was clogged. Buildup in the condensation drain was tripping the safety switch and preventing system operation. Options for repair were presented to Mark and he chose to have the drain line cleared. I cleared the drain line and flow tested the drain with water. Clear water was observed flowing out of the drain line. I also treated the drain line. The system was running at the completion of service.
Recovered all existing refrigerant. Brazed in new liquid line filter drier. Pressure tested with nitrogen and checked for leaks with bubbles. Purged lineset and pulled vacuum. Charged AC with R-410A refrigerant. All is working at this time

Performed A/C tune-up on a Carrier heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. Secured the compressor wiring and washed the outdoor coil. I did find the system was slightly low on refrigerant. I spoke with Mr. Brown and he chose to add refrigerant at this time. I added 1 lbs 6oz of refrigerant. I also performed a leak search but was unable to find a leak. No other issues were found. The system is operational at this time.
Service diagnostic found that the capacitor on the condenser unit had failed. Options for repair were presented to the homeowners and they chose to have the capacitor replaced. I replaced the capacitor on the condenser unit and function tested the system. The system is now operational and was running at the completion of service.
On arrival, I found that the thermostat was powering on and off for each call of cool. I went outside and found that the contactor relay was shorted out and also burned up on the high voltage side due to the aluminum wire not being properly secured or having any anti-oxidant compound. I spoke with homeowner and he approved the repair of the relay and also going ahead and proactively repairing the run capacitor as well. I installed a new contactor relay and new capacitor at the outdoor condenser, I also applied anti-oxidant compound on the aluminum wire from the breaker to the condenser and tightened to 40-45in-lb of torque per manufacturer guidelines. Cycled high voltage power to system and verified operation. Everything is working at this time.
Removed all existing duct work. Built and installed new extended supply plenum with elbow. Built and installed new return plenums. Added second media filter to new return plenum. Installed all new supply buckets and registers, upsizing where needed. Installed all new flex duct and sheet metal wyes. Sealed all connections with mastic and hardcast. Everything is working at completion of service.
Performed semiannual maintenance on two heat pump cooling systems. Inspected all performance, mechanical and safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. No major issues were found. Everything is working at this time.
