Elijah called me when he was 30 minutes out and arrived on time. He was pleasant and polite. He performed my AC tune up and replaced a capacitor. He showed me pictures of the work once finish and left the place as clean as it was before he arrived.

I called Garner to make an appointment and they immediately knew who I was and booked the appointment. They showed up right on time and the service was completed thoroughly and quickly. The technician was very friendly and described just what he had done. Later they sent a summary of the visit complete with photos. It was the easiest and most pleasant AC service experience you can have!
Young man was very professional. He checked the entire system, including the unit in the attic.

HVAC Installation Service – I installed a new energy-efficient Lennox HVAC system in a client's home, upgrading from an old, inefficient unit. This involved setting up a variable-speed heat pump for optimized temperature control and enhanced comfort. After the installation, I conducted performance checks and set up a smart thermostat to help the homeowner maximize energy savings.
Performed semiannual maintenance on one gas heating system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety systems. Adjusted fuel pressure of the furnace to ensure 100% heating capacity output. Installed new and higher quality wiring connectors on the high voltage line feeding the furnace power. Ran a combustion analysis of the system to ensure the system is running at peak efficiency and is operating within range. I also drew an arrow for the filter direction to ensure that the filter is installed properly facing the correct orientation. Everything is working at this time.

Performed semiannual maintenance on two gas heating systems. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.
Performed heater tune-up on two systems. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the systems. The drain lines were cleared, and flow tested with two gallons of water. The drain lines were then treated. Flame sensors were cleaned. No major issues found.

Spoke with the homeowner. He mentioned that the upstairs and downstairs zones had gotten extremely warm, and he didn’t feel very much air blowing from the vents. I went into the attic area and found the emergency overflow pan filled with water. I removed the evaporator coil panel and found the coil to be frozen solid on all sides. I tested the blower motor and found that it would only run for a few seconds at a time before shutting off. Tested the motor on multiple speed tap settings and ensured there was a constant supply of 24VAC and a constant supply of 240VAC with a call for the fan motor. I also tested and verified both zone dampers were opening and closing with each call from the zone thermostats. Recommend having the indoor blower motor replaced, and then rechecking over the system to ensure refrigerant levels are within range and both zone areas are operating as designed. Performed service diagnostic. The diagnostic found that the capacitor on the condenser unit has failed. Options for repair were presented to the customer, and she chose to have the capacitor replaced. I replaced the capacitor and function checked the system. The system is now operational and running normally. At no additional charge, I also cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with water. I then treated the drain line and rinsed off the condenser coil.
