Excellent customer service

Our technician Max was very professional and explained everything was doing on this service call. He mentioned some things we should keep an eye on in future that could need attention. I expected to be told I needed to spend $xxx for something. Very reasonable price for an hour plus visit. Did not try to sell me anything. Said our system was functioning fine. I have found my new HVAC company.

AC Repair

Garner was extremely responsive to our AC issue. Max showed up ahead of schedule. repaired the AC and took a look at the over all unit. Made some minor adjustments to make sure the system would function properly. Couldn't be more happy with Max & Garner HVAC

Indoor cooling coil is starting to show signs of rust and corrosion and a leak check was completed with an electronic leak detector but did not find any leaks present at this time.

Performed service diagnostic. No gas leak was detected at the furnace. Further inspection found that the odor in the home was coming from the stove top. An unlit burner for the stove had been left on. Performed AC cool check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. The capacitor on the condenser unit was below value and at risk of failure. No other major issues were found. Options for repair were presented to customer and they chose to have the capacitor replaced today. Repair was completed. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure.

Customer had me check older Amana system as well and its charge was good but I did notice that the condenser fan motor had overheated. Gave the client his options to repair and he chose to replace capacitor only. Repair completed and system is functioning at this time. Thermostat set to customer preference and disconnect is in.

Clog was cleared and drain line treated. Secondary drain pan was rusted. Condenser fan motor showed signs of overheating. No other major issues were found. Options for repair were presented to customer and they chose to have the condenser fan motor and secondary drain pan replaced. They also chose to install surge protection for both sides of the system. System was running at the time of departure.

Also checked drain line and recommended servicing the water removal system due to placement of drain outside. We also checked pressures on the system and saw nothing out of the ordinary. System is operational at this time.
