Appreciate photo with name before arrival as well as the call. Once here he was friendly and polite while he took care of business. He didn’t mind questions or repeating as needed. He was very efficient getting the unit working again.

Indoor Air Purification Installation: Installed a UV light air purification system directly within the HVAC ductwork to neutralize airborne bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. The system now actively sanitizes circulating air and significantly improves indoor air quality.
HVAC System Replacement: Replaced an aging HVAC system with a new, high-efficiency unit. The upgrade increased overall comfort, reduced energy consumption, and lowered future repair costs.
AC Refrigerant Leak Repair: Located and repaired a refrigerant leak, then recharged the system to proper levels. This restored cooling capacity, improved energy efficiency, and prevented further compressor strain.
Diagnostic found that the secondary drain line would get water in it every time the system cycled off. This would trip the safety switch and shutoff the system. The current p-trap is not deep enough to allow the water to drain out the primary drain line. I spoke with the homeowner and she agreed to have the drain line rebuilt. I removed the safety switch from the secondary drain and installed it on the primary drain. I then dropped the p-trap 2inches and verified the drain line is leak free. Cycled power on the system a few times with no issues. I did also find the ducting is not sealed. The blower wheel is dirty and the outdoor fan motor is showing wear and tear. The system is operational at this time.
Installed 3.5-ton R-454B Payne heat pump condenser and Carrier air handler with electric heat kit. Installed new disconnect box for the condenser. Installed Ecobee Lite thermostat. Built and installed new supply and return plenums. Sealed all connections with mastic and hard cast. Installed new secondary drain pan. Rebuilt primary condensation drain and installed SS2 +SS3 safety switches. Cleared drain with CO2 and primed trap with water. Pressure tested system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum. Charged AC with R-454B refrigerant. Tested heating and cooling operation. All is working at this time.
Performed A/C tune-up on one American Standard heat pump system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line. Cleaned the exterior of the air handler and washed the outdoor coil. No major issues were found. The system is operational this time.
HVAC System Repairs: Upon evaluating the client’s HVAC system, I found frequent short cycling, which reduced efficiency and risked compressor damage. I adjusted thermostat settings, replaced dirty air filters, and ensured proper airflow, optimizing system performance and longevity.
Air Conditioning System Repairs: While inspecting the client's HVAC system, I discovered a malfunctioning defrost control board that was disrupting defrost cycles and reducing efficiency. I replaced the faulty board, restoring proper defrost functionality and optimizing system performance.
Air Conditioning System Repairs: A homeowner reported weak airflow from their AC system. Upon inspection, I discovered a misaligned blower fan. I carefully adjusted and realigned the fan, ensuring consistent and efficient air circulation throughout the home, leading to improved cooling performance.
Heat check completed on a horizontal heat pump system. Outside dual capacitor should be monitored as it is in the bottom of the manufacture spec range. No other major issues found, and the system is operating properly at this time.
Heating tune-up completed on a vertical heat pump system. Upon arrival, the homeowner stated they had been getting an alert saying the heat strips have been running too long. During maintenance I found that the primary drain is clogged which was cutting off power to the heat pump unit. I was able to clear the drain line and verify heat pump came on during a call for heat. No other major issues found.
HVAC Duct Repair: A client reported fluctuating temperatures throughout their home. Upon inspection, we identified loose and damaged ductwork as the issue. After carefully repairing and sealing the ducts, airflow and temperature consistency were restored, creating a comfortable living space.
Performed semiannual maintenance on one heat pump heating system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety systems. Tested and verified everything was operating within manufacture specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.
Performed the heater tune-up on two Carrier heat pump systems. Checked electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the units. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line and cleaned the exterior of the air handler. Replaced all filters for the homeowner and sealed them with tape to prevent any air bypass. I verified static pressure is within range on both systems. Secured the compressor wiring at both outdoor units. I did find the outdoor capacitor for the system that controls the bedrooms was below value. Homeowner chose to have the capacitor replaced at this time. I replaced the outdoor capacitor for the system that controls the bedrooms and the cycled power. Both systems are operational at the time of departure.
Air Conditioning Repair Service – I responded to a call about an air conditioner that would not turn on. Upon inspection, I discovered a faulty contactor switch, which was preventing the unit from receiving power. After replacing the contactor, I tested the system to ensure it cycled on and off correctly. This repair restored the cooling capabilities of the unit and the homeowner's comfort.
