Performed heat check. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. Clear water was observed flowing out of the drain line. I also treated the drain line. Surge protection for the system is operational. The air filters were clean and had been recently replaced by the homeowner. No major issues were found. The system was running at the completion of service.
