2014 Trane furnace is cutting out on temperature limit. Unit is getting too hot and shutting down. When running in low fire we had 135 degrees in the supply with 77 degree return. Furnace is over sized for the home. Home is about 12,000 sq ft. Furnace is 100k btu. Also filter being used is not filtering much. Blower cabinet has a lot of dirt in it. Dirt is collecting on bottom of evap coil which is cutting the airflow down. Estimate cleaning cost for coil is $350-550 with no guarantee that furnace still won’t overheat. Customer is going to check with company they got equipment with about what they can do for them. I have informed customer that Groggs does offer free estimates for new hvac equipment.
