Call back on tech 3/12 found power off and gas shut off from tech called to check making sure we didn’t lock out system but ended up being a mistake checked AC to make sure everything was working properly with that as well found capacitor readings failing. Replaced capacitor and AC operating properly at this time as well as the furnace
