Banging noise customer is heating is an air flow issue. Changed dirty filter and it reduced the noise but it is still persistent. When the door panel is off the noise stop. Also when the filter is off it stops. Another issue the customer has the compressor from the heat pump is locked up and tripping the breaker. We will be returning Monday to find the airflow issue and figure out the compressor.
