1997 carrier style furnace has a locked up draft motor. Estimate repair cost for motor is $600-900. Furnace is in poor condition, top cabinet is very rusty. I do not recommend repair. Customer is getting an estimate today to replace furnace and possibly hot water tank. Set customer back up in monthly hvac maintenance program, their card had expired in June.
