Arrived and found both line wires to humidifier canisters burned and melted. Need to order and replace wires. If this doesn’t work then we will need to install two new AA800 humidifiers. Need to perform maintenance once we return for repairs. Installed new humidifier canisters and wire leads. Checked humidifiers while running and draining. Checked furnaces and cleaned condenser coils. Systems are operating properly at this time.
