Service Call Fee: 3 yr old package unit has had a catastrophic failure. The whole inside burner area is black and greasy with crud sitting everywhere. System uses well gas. System won’t fire up right now due to the draft motor wheel not turning. Basically everything in the unit needs replaced. Zero maintenance has been done, and one inch filter had never been changed. Filter had been sucked through filter frame and was just laying inside cabinet. Evaporator coil will be very dirty. Took pictures of everything and we are awaiting to hear if this would be covered under warranty or not.
