Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2024 American Standard silver series and a R22 condenser, condenser located on front right side of home, filter located in hallway ceiling and bottom wall , fau located in hallway closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. Systems are working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
