Best in the business. So lucky to have Barry and his team diagnose and fix an ongoing issue we’ve had for a couple of years and were given bad information and plan. They were awesome and got 3 of these 4 units working quickly and ordered the parts for the 4th unit.
The technician successfully replaced the coil during the visit to your location. This task was executed with precision to ensure optimal performance of the associated equipment. We replaced the evap coil.
Mitsubishi 3 ton system with four indoor units services girls bedrooms fourth zone undetermined. Found system pumped down and service valves closed. Open service valves and ran system found high pressure fluctuating. Dumped Freon charge, Installed service valves and pressurized A,B,C and D line-set and indoor coils and found "D" dropping pressure. A,B,C pressure test "good". Determined the fourth zone Is "guest bedroom2 which the indoor unit is stacked in Delara's closet attic. Disconnected "D" from outdoor unit with serve valves installed and evacuated system to 500 microns and weighted in Freon charge. Power up system and ran three good Ports/zones A,B,C. Found Layla's room is zone "D' but indoor unit was running (it should not be) but the guest bedroom 2 indoor unit was not running (it should be). Tested wiring and found wiring for A and D backwards causing the wrong indoor units to run Repaired "Zone A and D wiring" . This would cause icing issues the customer has had in the past
We pressurized each lineset and found the leak in the evaporator coil. We will return to replace the evaporator coil. We left the shop at 6am and arrived back at the shop at 5:30pm.
