Performed annual heating maintenance on 1 2009 American standard heat pump package unit on roof. Changed filter, cleared condensation lines. Cycled system in heating. Verified sequence of operation. Check temperature rise. Inspected coil and blower compartment for cleanliness. System is heating properly at this time. Advised client on evap coil cleaning. Recommended next time we come for a maintenance to have that done. Sending estimate via email.
Replaced generator control board. Under Generac warranty.
Wrong controller. Will order a new one. Warranty.
Reset control board will order new one just in case.
Replaced oil pressure sensor. Will check to see if covered by warranty.
2012 / 3 ton Performed a semi annual cooling service on American Standard rooftop package unit/heat pump. Replaced 20 x 30 filter/ceiling/customer supplied. Thermostat checked out OK. Cycled equipment followed cooling sequence of operations checked capacitor,hard start, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage. Cleared condensation line. Rinsed condenser coil. Blower wheel and evaporator checked out ok. Cooling equipment checked out operational at this visit.
