Executed a heating maintenance on a Bosch package heat pump, located on the roof. Replaced filter and wash down condenser coil. Cycled system in heating. Electrical components and motors function according to the manufacture specifications. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance. Whole house surge protection installed at service panel.
AC maintenance on new Bosch system. Change 20 x 30 filter located in hallway. Cycled system from ecobee thermostat. Thermostat is operational. Checked temperature rise and pressures. could not run system too long clients are still using their heat and ambient temperature is 52°.
Upon arrival found controllers for mini splits were in cooling mode. Switched all head units for both systems into heating mode and turned on all six head units. Checked filters and temperature splits, all units were delivering a 30 degree heat rise. Client was not here, there may be an issue with thermostat operation. Called and left voicemail advising client to give us a call if they have any more issues with equipment to try and see if we can assist over the phone before coming out for a service call.
Installed 3 Ton Bosch 18 SEER Heat Pump Package Unit with Curb. Job complete. We replaced the curb and sealed the new curb and penetrations as well.
