Executed a cooling maintenance on a split system. Condenser located on the roof with air handler inside of garage. Wash down condenser coil, replace filter and cleared condensate drain line. Installed compressor saver kit – paid via check. Measured running and starting amperage on all motors, along with dual run capacitor. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.
