Cooling maintenance on American Standard roof rooftop package unit. Changed out 20 x 30 filter located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, washedcondensing coil and cleared to condensation line. Thermostat checked out OK, system is within manufacturer specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.
