As is always the case Hydes they provided excellent customer service. This was just my summer maintenance and they were thorough as usual. I made the mistake a couple years ago using another company that offered a $39.95 maintenance service. All they did was tell me I needed several parts replaced. Their total was nearly $4k, and when I didn’t get those things repairs I was told my a/c could break at anytime. Hydes was who I chose about 5 years ago to replace my system. I had around 10 quotes back then, and though there was one company that beat Hydes price, I could just tell how honest, professional and friendly Hydes was. They have been just as good since then. I highly recommend them
