Comfort ac service on (2)2011 split systems. Fau located inside closets, condensers on south side of home. Replaced filters on lower walls and 8’ ceiling need drill. Checked all ac components and charge. Blew out electrical compartment. Found systems LRA above rated specifications, recommend hard start kits. Found living area systems capacitor rated 45/10 outside its range. Called client to go over issues. Advised on age and life expectancy. Client to hold off till the fall, sent estimates.
