Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2) 2020 Trane XR heat pumps and a 2020 Trane heat pump package unit. Replaced 14x20, 12x24, and 16x25 filters located in the house lower walls and garage filter rack. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature splits, Freon levels, cleared condensation lines, and rinsed condenser coils. Ecobee thermostats checked out operational. All systems are working properly in cooling at this time of service.
