Performed a cooling maintenance on two R22 York condenser unit. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. Was getting a 25° split for both units run capacitor on bedroom unit was low advised on replacing client agreed. At this time, both systems are cooling down the house to the best of their abilities both reaching 78° at lowering. Informed client about the age and condition of units as well as R22. Signed client up with hydes family plan. Paid by client need to call homeowner to get payment for run capacitor finish maintenance by washing down both units and by changing out filters.
