Heating maintenance on American Standard platinum split POV system. Air handler is located in hallway closet, changed out 20 x 25 filter located with in filter rack, verified proper operation for water Safety switch, conversation line was cleared at air handler, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequences of operation, washed condensing coil. System is within manufacturers, specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.
