Responded to fallen lineset. Found straps to lineset broke. Rehung lineset with metal strap. Placed another layer of insulation around strap to prevent hole from wearing into line. Cycled system on unit ran with 22 degree deltat for 10 minute test time with no issues. No codes thrown. Performed first furnace check ip on 23 furnace. Set high pressure to 3.5inwc 7%o2. 24 ppm co in flu. Set low gas pressure .55. 15%02 64 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply cleaned flame sensor. 45 ohm igntion. No issues at this time. Customer has had repeated issues with connex stat connecting to app. Per install manager will return Wednesday to warranty stat
