Responded to no heat. Customer stated noise occurred shortly after furnace check, when weather was getting colder. Replaced filter noise sill present. Technician found noice coming from blower door. Slight crack allowed air whistling to occur. Waived service charge due to noise being linked to recent furnace check. Advised customer if need to return. Will need to charge
