Responded to no cool found fan and compressor capacitor completely dead. Presented options HN13A-e with $65 limited manufacture warranty credit. Customer chose option c to have upgraded absorption system and start assist added to system. Performed repair. Found loose low voltage wire. Secured connection. System running upon departure 74/54. 20 degree deltat. No issues at this time.
