He was very polite and got the job done quickly. I have a very busy office so it was nice that I didn't have to take time out of my day to follow him around, he knew where to go and what to do. He was in and out in a very short time. I also really love that this company automatically sets up my next inspection and calls me when it's due. One less thing for me to try to remember!
