Wet SPK-1 Garage P-2: Painted sprinkler heads: (3) in Room 585 living area. (1) in Room 566 living area. ***Numerous rooms have taped sprinkler heads from the fourth and fifth floor remodeling. This can be addressed by onsite maintenance. (5) Dry sprinkler systems are due for 3 year full trip. **Return trip will be needed to drain all low point drains. ***To be completed in Spring.
