Whenever something is coming up to be taken care of, they contact well in advance so that you're able to plan around their service. I was not present during this service due to it being a holiday for our company. Would have preferred knowing ahead of time so dispatch staff would have been prepared and/or possibly change the date to when at least one manager would be onsite. Three stars due to lack of management on site to oversee what occurred.

Annual Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Backflow, and Fire Extinguisher Inspection
Conducted an annual fire prevention inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards. Examined all fire extinguishers, checking for proper pressure levels, intact seals, and expiration dates. Inspected smoke detectors and fire alarms, testing functionality and battery life. Evaluated emergency exit routes for obstructions and verified the condition of fire doors. Reviewed sprinkler systems, checking for leaks or corrosion, and tested the alarm valves. This thorough inspection helps maintain a safe environment and ensures all fire safety equipment is operational.
Replaced and programmed SK relay for Elevator Alt Recall. Verified that Elevator recalled. System is online and normal.
Annual Sprinkler, Backflow and Fire Extinguisher Inspection
Alarms were caused by the leak/water damage. (2) devices ((1) heat detector (1) smoke detector)to be replaced after repairs have been made. Wired devices through to clear panel and prevent alarms.
Ground Fault is on the SLC, traced GF to the Vault, vault had about 3 feet of water. Recommend return trip with pump and (2) Tamper switches incase the tampers are corroded. (2) tech. Needed for vault work.
Preformed 3 year full trip test on dry sprinkler system
I completed the installation of First Alert 9120B hardwired smoke detectors in a residential property. The project involved mapping out optimal locations for coverage, running electrical wiring to each designated spot, securely mounting the detectors, and connecting them to the home’s power supply with battery backup. I concluded with a functional test of each unit to ensure proper operation and interconnected alerts.
Conducted a fire drill at a local office building. Assisted in coordinating and executing emergency evacuation procedures to assess the effectiveness of the building's safety measures.
