Very Thorough and Walked Me Through the Whole Process

Ryan and his helper were amazing. This was my first time handling something of this nature for the company I work for, and they were great. Ryan walked through the entire process, let me know what he was doing, what needed to happen and then just got it done. They were here for about one and a half hours and it went seamlessly. Thank You so much Ryan for everything and I look forward to seeing you next year! (Price not rated, I don't pay for this service, so don't know if it's a good price or not)

Ryan performed our quarterly fire sprinkler inspection in a very professional way. We had several meetings going on at the same time while the inspection was taking place and he did this without interrupting anyone. They never knew he was here. Faulty heat detector

Brian came and was able to remove the bad heat detector in our kitchen and then contacted the alarm company for us to hold any trouble calls on this device for the next 30 days. Thanks for the professional job Brian,

Brian came to my hotel in search of an "open circuit" with our horns & strobes on the 2nd floor. He immediately knew it was an issue with one of our ADA rooms. The first room we visited he started checking the strobe/ horn sensor for continuity & voltage, he came to the last one in the room and found that a guest loosened up the mounting screw which caused it to not make the circuit. He checked the circuit and re-installed the strobe and everything was good after that. Thank you Brian for your professional experience and getting our system back in to a normal status again. Life Safety is at the top of our list for our guests always.

Technician Relations

While 90% of techs we work with at NW Fire have been exceptional (Brandon, Jessie, Ira to name a few)......, this past experience in the customer service (tech) area was definitely in the 10% of not so great. Service good, however the tech Jeff definitely isn't someone we'd like to encounter in the future. However there were 3 techs and the 2nd and 3rd in command techs were very pleasant as well.
