Annual Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Standpipe and Fire Extinguisher Inspections
I performed an annual clean agent system and pre-action sprinkler system inspection in Bellevue, WA today. I tested the clean agent suppression system, verifying the agent levels, inspecting the discharge nozzles, and checking the control panel for faults. For the pre-action system, I tested the deluge valve, checked the air pressure, and inspected the water supply connections. I found no issues with either system, and both passed inspection, ensuring the building is protected in case of fire.
I recently installed an alarm and smoke detection system to enhance home safety. The installation included placing smoke detectors in key areas, such as bedrooms and hallways, and connecting them to a central alarm system. I tested each detector to ensure proper functionality and integrated the system with a smart home network for remote monitoring. This setup provides reliable, 24/7 protection against fire hazards. Trust my expertise for comprehensive safety installations.
Conducted annual maintenance and testing of the fire alarm system. Inspected and tested all smoke detectors, heat detectors, and manual pull stations for proper functionality. Verified audible and visual alarms are operating correctly. Checked control panel for faults and updated software as necessary. Ensured all circuits and wiring are intact and secure. Documented test results and updated system logs. Client reviewed and approved the maintenance report, confirming compliance with NFPA standards.
(2) Troubles on panel upon arrival. Rm 229 Sounder base Fault, found that detector has power but connection behind device was slightly loose corrected and made sure device was seated properly. Trouble cleared. The 2nd trouble is coming from the third floor speakers suspect the issue is in one of the ADA RMs recommend return trip with notices given to all of the 3rd floor.
Open on NAC 2 trouble coming from low batteries on Power supply 2 next to FACP. Did not have any new 12v8ah used charged but dated batteries to temporarily clear trouble. Will need return trip to replace (2)12v8ah.
I completed maintenance on the ADT Pulse security system and the First Alert SA320CN dual-sensor smoke and fire alarm. This included recalibrating motion detectors, testing smoke sensors for sensitivity, replacing outdated batteries, and ensuring perfect integration between the two systems for optimal response. I also verified wireless signal strength and updated software for both systems to enhance security measures.
