Jesse was able to make it out to our building on the same day that we placed a service call. We had two false alarms over the weekend and I was unsure as to how long it would take to get a technician out and the problem rectified. NW Fire has always been responsive so far and highly professional. In trying to resolve our latest issue, the two technicians that came out worked for a solid shift, only stopping to eat lunch for a brief time. I appreciate the dedication and stick-to-it-ive-ness. We recently set up service with NW Fire Systems for all of our life safety systems at our building. Today was the first visit and they knocked it out of the park. They sent over a few technicians and were able to get three separate items completed, it's not even 11 am! They were able to inspect all of our extinguishers, perform quarterly device testing on six floors, and complete our annual garage sprinkler testing. I couldn't be more pleased with how the first scheduled maintenance went, keep it up!

Doing maintenance on a Viking Sprinkler Fire Prevention System. The procedure involved inspecting and testing all valves and gauges for proper operation. I replaced the water pressure gauges and conducted a flow test to ensure the system meets the required firefighting capacities. This routine check ensures the system's readiness to operate effectively in the event of a fire, safeguarding both property and lives.
Working on a routine maintenance for Kidde fire extinguishers. Tasks included checking pressure levels, inspecting seals and valves, and replacing expired units. This ensures they remain operational and ready for use in emergencies, maintaining safety standards and compliance with fire safety regulations.
I wrapped up the testing and maintenance of a Honeywell fire alarm system. I inspected and tested all smoke and heat detectors, ensuring they functioned correctly. I also calibrated the alarm panels and replaced batteries where necessary. This thorough check ensures the system is fully operational and compliant with safety standards.
Customer has had this issue for a long time now and it usually corrects itself. It is common these troubles get stuck on the panel and the communicator needs to be reset to clear this. Reset communicator and cleared trouble. Customer stated they have already had someone out to see if a radio would work but the connection around the building is to poor. The only way they said would be to place the antenna on the roof.
