Jesse was able to make it out to our building on the same day that we placed a service call. We had two false alarms over the weekend and I was unsure as to how long it would take to get a technician out and the problem rectified. Again, Jesse was out within a short time frame and provided us with an explanation as to the suspected cause. Thanks Jesse!

We recently set up service with NW Fire Systems for all of our life safety systems at our building. Today was the first visit and they knocked it out of the park. They sent over a few technicians and were able to get three separate items completed, it's not even 11 am! They were able to inspect all of our extinguishers, perform quarterly device testing on six floors, and complete our annual garage sprinkler testing. I couldn't be more pleased with how the first scheduled maintenance went, keep it up!

I recently performed fire extinguisher testing to ensure safety and compliance. I checked each unit's pressure gauge, inspected hoses and nozzles for damage, and confirmed the integrity of the cylinders. Any extinguisher below optimal performance was recharged or replaced. Regular testing is crucial for maintaining readiness in case of an emergency. Trust my expertise for reliable fire safety maintenance.
(1) trouble showing on panel upon arrival. Description for device in trouble was extra point for aux (pt 84) open circuit. Device monitors power supply inside of elevator machine room for recall isolation relays. Found power supply, and found that no outputs had power. Metered for AC power, 120v coming into the bps. Power supply will need to be replaced along with (2) 12v 8ah batteries
Met with Everon on site. Everon deleted zones on system for security, and programmed account. Installed starlink cellular dialer. Sent signals and confirmed with monitoring they were received. System is online and Normal.
Performed annual backflow preventer inspection as mandated by local water authority. Examined reduced pressure principle assembly (RP) device for proper installation and function. Conducted forward flow test to verify check valve operation. Measured relief valve opening point at 2 PSI differential. Checked shutoff valves for full closure and leakage. Verified air gap at relief valve discharge port meets code requirements. Tested pressure vacuum breaker for proper venting under backflow conditions. Recorded all test results using calibrated gauges. Affixed inspection tag with date and technician information. Submitted compliance report to water purveyor within required timeframe. Advised facility manager on importance of frost protection measures.
