Northwest Fires Systems responded in a very professional manner to a challenging situation. One of several systems on our private property, installed by another contractor, was not working. The original contractor refused to service the unit. NW Fire jumped in. After several service calls and working directly with the system mfg., the system was repaired. The co. owner Ira Potter, not only kept us up to date, but performed hands on service. To finalize the repair. Their entire staff was very responsive, highly skilled and on time.
