Great service and better attitude!

Marlon came out to our property at 2am! After having already worked a long day before that. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable!

They did a great job of inspecting the system & were great to work with. The only problem was after they left, we started getting Supervisory Errors. Don't know if that is related, but technicians are scheduled to come back to solve that problem.

ON TOP OF THERE ALWAYS FRIENDLY TECHS- THEY ALWAYS CONDUCT THEMSELVES PROFESSIONALLY AT ALL TIMES, ALL WAYS ACOMIDATING FOR MY TEAM AND RESIDENTS,RESPONSE TIME IS AMAZING AND THERE CALL BACKS FROM CONNOR AND J.R. It was ok

They showed up on time and worked quickly which was a plus. However, they didn't fully disable the alarms in my guest rooms so when they started testing things I got a bunch of angry phone calls from my guests wanting to know why the alarms were going off in their rooms at 8am (my notice said 10am). One of the techs wasn't wearing a mask while on property which was upsetting to some of my guests as well.

Located (1) bad Potter PAD-100-MIM address 28. This device is located inside the attic. Will need to replace to clear trouble.

Tested Building 5 alarms to verify which device in RM S181 was inop, found that all ceiling mounted devices functioned properly during this test. Building 4 had a no answer trouble, located wall mounted strobe PT 37 outside RM N151, upon remove and remounting device the no answer trouble cleared. If this issue returns will need to replace (1) 49VO-WWF

Devices in need of replacement are addressable part number: 4906-9230 the devices I was sent with were 4906-9130 non-addressable. Customer had (2) in stock used (1) for device in building 4. Building 5 devices was written up as RM S181 located on ceiling, there are more than one device in this room. Will need to gather more information from the inspectors before replacement is made. Customer would like us to also order the correct part so he can refill his stock. Nathan-2hrs

Zone 3 trouble upon arrival this zone is for the 3rd floor. The circuit is showing EOL and has power. Tried putting resistor across terminals to see if this issue would clear. Also tried to take zone 2 off and place it on zone 3. Concluded that the Zone card is bad on the panel causing the constant trouble. Will need to replace (1) ESL 1503.
