Arrived at location on 8/9/21 - Exhaust will not turn on. Got access to the roof and found out the power was off. Turned unit on and noticed that there weren't any belts on the pulley. Will return with belt to fix issue. Returned to location on 8/10/21 - Verified parts were correct and added both belts to the pulley. I made sure the bearings were properly Lubed and there were a proper tension for the belts. I stored the other belt in side the unit. Unit is now working at this time.

Arrived at location on 7/21/21 - Replaced thermostat, timer and thermometer. Unit is still spitting water out the back at times but not blowing door open. Water level could be part of it. Left a message for factory waiting on return call. Returned to location on 8/4/21 - Replaced pressure switch. Unit heated then heat started dropping and did not kick back on. If I would open the door it would kick the heat on. Found a few clogs in drain/air manifold. Ran unit again and it heated and cycled, ok.

Reported BEV Reach-In Cooler unit leaking water out door and not going into delime mode. cleaned probes and unit fired up and is cooking properly. tried to put in delime mode but when you get it on power and delime and let go, service lights up and unit goes to just power. will not go into delime mode. spoke to Steven at factory, said it has to be the board. I'm going to order a gasket and manually delime unit. when we return will also call and try to talk to someone else at factory. 3/26/21 I arrived onsite and spoke to MOD. I pulled out bottom element to manually remove some of the scale buildup from the tank. I put the new gasket for the element in place and filled up the tank. I manually added descaler to the unit and ran it through. After I drained and fill unit 2 times, called tech support and spoke to James. Found that the board is not working properly in the clean mode. Customer doesn't want to replace because unit still works for cooking.

Upon arrival, both Reach-In Freezer units overheated and cycling on compressor overload. Customer stated kitchen A/C was not working and was in the midst of repair. Also stated filters were dirty and needed cleaned/replaced. Ambient temperature in kitchen 108°F at this time. Cooled off compressor manually and unit ran for 5-7 minutes and shut off again on overload. Compressor ampdraw good and windings checking out good, units not low on refrigerant. Advised customer of same issue with both units and advised they should leave units off to allow compressors to cool entirely until kitchen at appropriate conditioned temperature. Units off at this time, product removed, and customer will power back on once compressors have time to cool and kitchen A/C working properly.
