Very Attentive

Aaron knew that the older equipment we have is close to being replaced; he listened when we asked for a reasonable estimate & how much time that will buy us; he provided me with written estimates the same day of the service call.

Slow & lack of communication

I was disappointed in how long it took for parts to be ordered and with the lack of communication from you about the delay in part ordering. Once I called numerous times as a follow up I finally got a supervisor out here to get the problem resolved

Tab on ice machine thickness probe was broken so I replaced it. Watched one batch and ice was too thick so I adjusted probe and watched 2 more batches drop. Ice thickness was not changing and new probe was not responding properly. I had another probe so I put it in and watched a couple batches. Ice thickness is now okay. ***mileage and travel on work order # 170293***

Modified mount & evaporator to accept new style fan on MBT Walk-In Freezer. Security bit broke upon install. Note; fan blade is much larger than existing. It is very tight to fan guard. No guarantee that with swelling & contracting of metal due to temperature variations that blade won''t start hitting but blade is plastic so should wear in if it does. Unit is running, cooling & nothing is hitting or rubbing @ this time. **** Billing travel but not mileage****

Dispenser Compressor very hot. Placed valves in system. Unit is low in freon. I added freon. Leak checked system and no leak detected in compressor area. Removed putty to evaporator area and leak detector goes off at opening to evaporator. This is not repairable. Also found the solenoid not working. Unit needs replaced. Turned unit off.
