Heat check completed on a horizontal heat pump system. Condenser coils were cleaned. Drain line was flushed and treated. All mechanical and electrical components were checked. I did find the condenser fan motor leaking lubricant and the torque booster below manufacturer specifications. I presented my findings and repair options to the homeowner and she chose to replace both the condenser fan motor and outdoor torque booster today. I completed the repairs and cycled the system on to verify proper operation of the unit. No other issues were found. The system is working at completion of service.
