Heat check completed on one vertical heat pump. Drain line was cleared and treated. Condenser coils were cleaned. All mechanical and electrical components were checked. I did find the outdoor contactor charred and pitted. I went over my findings with the homeowner and he chose to replace the contactor. Once repairs were completed the system was cycled on to verify proper operation. No other major issues were found. The system is heating properly at this time.
