At 6:10am on the day, Ethan and his 4-man crew pitched up and set to work. They were all very professional, respectful and got on with their work efficiently. Ethan was on top of the job from the get-go ensuring everything was being done to spec. By mid-day our old system was out and the new one was installed and being tested. Ethan then took the time to walk me through what had been done and then showed me how to operate the new thermostat - patiently answering all my questions.
