After diagnostics of entire system, I found that the primary drain line from the evaporator coil was clogged. I also found low charge on the indoor torque booster. I did check static pressure of system and found it to be abnormally high. I went over repair options with the homeowners and they decided to sign up for our gold membership, have their drain line flushed and treated, and replace the indoor torque booster. I have also scheduled a consultation with our project manager to address static and some airflow issues. I completed the repairs and function tested the system. The system was running at completion of service.
