Performed heat check on two systems. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the systems. I cleared the condensation drain lines and flow tested the drains with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain lines. The air filters were clean and had been recently replaced by the homeowner. The capacitor on the downstairs condenser unit is below value. The upstairs system does not have a safety switch installed in the primary or secondary drain line. No other major issues were found. Both systems were running at the completion of service.
