Service diagnostic found the blower motor capacitor was below value. This was preventing the blower motor from turning on and was causing the furnace system to overheat and shut down. I also found the blower wheel and blower housing are dirty. Repair options were presented the homeowners and they chose to have the blower motor capacitor replaced. I replaced the blower motor capacitor and function tested the system. I also checked the gas pressures and cleaned the flame sensor at no additional cost. No other issues found. The system is now operational.
