Performed heat check. Checked the electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. I cleared the condensation drain line and flow tested the drain with two gallons of water. I also treated the drain line. The air filter was replaced with a client supplied filter. I did find some biological growth inside the air handler. I wiped the air handler down to remove the biological growth. Options for repair were presented to the homeowner and she chose to have system sterilizers installed in the system. I installed the system sterilizers in the air handler. I function tested the system and the system was running at the completion of service
