Heat check completed on a vertical gas furnace. Flame sensor was cleaned. Drain line was flushed and treated. All mechanical and electrical components were checked. I adjusted gas pressures to spec. I did find the blower motor leaking lubricant accompanied with high in rush on amp draw. No other major issues were found. The system is running at completion of service.
