We have been using Garner for the past 2-3 years and Chey Simpson has been amazing. We unfortunately needed duct work and a whole home dehumidifier. After agreeing to the estimates and scheduling for the work, I have been disappointed in the customer service. I never received a confirmation text as usual for the appointment and who would be showing up. I reached out to the general number as well as Max Bethke, the gentleman who inspected the unit for issues. I never heard back from either. Did they show up? Yes but why not respond and verify they showed or at least acknowledge my concerns. Angel and Daniel showed up and they were amazing! Kind and respectful. They knocked each time they came in and made sure to put booties on their shoes. I asked if Max would be showing up, and they mentioned Ethan would be showing up later. When Ethan showed up, he never came to let us know he arrived. He walked into the house without knocking and again never introduced himself. He also didn’t wear any booties over his shoes. When I asked him if he was Ethan, he just responded yeah and then told me he needed to access the thermostat. Once they were done, my wife asked him several questions and he answered none of them. He basically mansplained and repeated himself instead of addressing concerns and questions. It got to a point where it wasn’t even worth asking anything and we’d rather wait and chat with Chey. Ethan also mentioned I would receive a receipt which never came. I also checked my junk mail so that can be ruled out. Also, even though they have completed the duct work, we are not noticing a difference in the primary bathroom or closet as far as air flow. After spending $8,500, I expected a lot more from Garner, Ethan and Max. My dental office has better customer service than I received that day from Garner and associates.
