Cycled equipment follow cooling sequence of operation checked capacitor fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage. For platinum system checked amps and voltage. Cleared condensation lines from outside. Secured and clean electrical connections at condenser and fuse box. Checked refrigerant/temperature split . 1050 thermostat and living room thermostat checked out OK. Rinsed condenser coils. Both units checked out operational at this visit. While performing maintenance found that Rheem condenser fan motor has oil marks all around it checked amps, currently operating at max amps fan motor is not locking up. informed client of findings also spoke with client about adding hard start to help compressor on start up Attached are two quotes for recommendations.
