Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one American standard system located in the closet hallway. I began with replacing both filters first to ensure proper air flow is returning to the system at minimum restriction. I also ensured the 1050 thermostat is properly calling for heat and didn’t have any error codes or messages. The cleared the condensation line via jones valve to ensure proper drainage is occurring on the system. The amps checked out good. The safety switch is also in good standing as well. All of the heating sequence of operations checked out good, ensuring that overall the system is properly heating the home at this time of service.
