Checked refrigerant/temperature split. At equipment, check, capacitor, fan motor, blower motor, amps and voltage. Thermostat checked out OK. Cleared condensation line. Cleaned out service panel. Rinse condenser coil ⚙️⚙️ Equipment checked out operational at this visit ☕️ Gave client Starbucks gift card for October maintenance
