Service on 2013 and 1998 equipment. Washed coils, cleared drain lines. Replaced filters. Verified refrigerant levels are good. Verified capacitors tested in range. Fan motors in poor condition though are operating. Sequence of operation is working at this time. Advised equipment in very poor condition with multiple potential problems due to well past life expectancy.
