Chris trouble shot the problem efficiently. He quickly acted to resolve the issue. He had the part needed in his vehicle and promptly replaced it. We are so grateful! He also indicated our unit was very old and would need to be replaced eventually; it’s over 20 years old and it’s thought to have reached the expectant life of the unit. Thanks very much!
