Performed a cooling maintenance on a package unit located on rooftop. Checked refrigerant levels by performing a split temp was getting a 20° split at this time. Checked all electrical components such as run capacitor rated 430 was getting 24 will send an estimate via email to replace run capacitor. System continues to run capacitor will get lower and lower until system. Cannot turn on due to bad run capacitor. At this time system is cooling down the house within specifications. Finish maintenance by changing our filter and washing down package unit.
