Heating service on American Standard split system and American Standard split heat pump system. Furnace and air handler are located in separate attic/access grand bedroom closet and outside roof access. Washed washable filter and changed 12 x 20 filter located in ceiling and at FAU, condensation lines were cleared at FAU. Verified proper sequence of operation, thermostats, checked out OK, washed condensing coils, zero carbon monoxide detected. System is within manufacturers specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.master
